MY mother says that tears release toxins. I'm not sure if that's true but some times a good cry can make you feel better.

Sometimes I feel like there's a lump in my chest and there's nothing like tears to clear it. I try to think of something that has deeply wounded me in order to get them going. I have to be mindful and not let it go on for more than a few minutes lest I take it to far.

What are some ways you use to get you to cry?

What's crying? Lol! I can't even remember the last time I cried. It takes a lot to make me cry & when I do I give myself 5 minutes to pull my socks up & get on with stuff.

for many years I hadn't cried either but I think I had some good laughs I think I had some good laughs answer and sex sex I think they have awsimilar effect effect

I Hadn't cried in several years and wanted to so I could get some kind of release. It was very strange feeling to be so sad and yet not able to cry.

Well, several months back now my pdoc put me on a new AD and after about a week of taking it I was irritable and cried for two days straight-literally.I did feel some relief at first after years of not being able to cry but then I almost made myself sick bc I couldn't stop.Now I'm back to nothing makes me cry.

I can't cry anymore, my meds make it impossible, before meds I cried all day long, every day. Not good. I'd rather not cry at all.
