i want to cut. i want ot cut so badly and there's nothing i can do to distract myself from it. i know i won't be able to sleep ad i can't take anything to help me sleep because of Orange. I'm sitting here, rocking myself, crying, scratching, pulling my hair, trying to give my hands something to do besides reach for a razor. i have no one in real time i can talk to, no one who would understand anyway. can someone please talk me down. say some magical phrase that will make this better, something. i don't want to cut but i need a release of some sort and that is the safest one at the moment. unless i go too far on purpose which at this point i just might. i don't know. i don't trust myself.

Please don't cut...take a hot shower instead. That release you are looking for can come from taking a hot shower. Or if you want to stay online and talk to me, I'll be up. Just get your mind off of cutting, glad you posted.

Do you have any medicine for anxiety?
iam30113
I don't and even if I did I can't take it cos it might hurt the baby. I'm losing myself in tv shows. Just getting sucked up in someone else's drama, you know? It helps a little. Pretending these fictional people get it
minitaro
I didn't know you were expecting. Congratulations! Good thing you are watching TV instead...what's on?

Watching stuff online. Just finished the latest episode of Shameless, now I'm watching American Horror Story. Hopefully I'll fall asleep soon.

Hey, sorry your feeling intense and in pain. In Europe it is ok to drink a (one) good beer.... In the US we get are knickers twisted, but a good pure beer with hops can be relaxing...I'm glad distraction is working for you...cheesy, compelling tv :)
minitaro
I've watched American Horror story...it definitely draws you in. I'm glad you feel a bit better. Sleep well.

And in Jamaica we can do just about anything. Our rules are so much more relaxed than the rest of the world. I've been escaping to fictional worlds since I was a kid so this always works for me.
minitaro
Oh ya! Fictional world's are so much better. I hope you and Orange are doing well today.*hugs*

Proud to say I didn't do it though the urge is sorta still there. I'm at work now so that will keep me occupied for a while. Reading Jenny McCarthy's Belly Laughs. Way better than What to Expect. Lol. Oh, and I'm stuffing myself with calcium and protein in the form of peanut porridge. Trying to make Orange forget about all the crazy stuff I said last night. Hope I'll be forgiven. Thanks for being there guys :-)
