Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I'm glad that you're getting some sleep and if you close your eyes and rest at night or at least some of the night that's a good thing... Big hug....xo
It would be easier for me to do my school work during the night because my husband works from home during the day and he's very loud on the phone. We have a very small house so there's no avoiding it unless he soundproofs the room, which he has yet to do. It also would take time to do so and my course starts in one week.
But before I actually consider anything like that, I may try another medication if my psychiatrist is okay with that. I didn't have insomnia until I was on Abilify. Instead of Abilify… Maybe Latuda? I need something for bipolar depression so it's more of a limited selection of mood stabilizers. It feels great to get some sleep bywena, doesn't it? Naps are surprisingly refreshing :-)
