taking a break from bipolar

taking a break  now googling and buying skin care for my psoriasis   actually stopped crafts so much again but now it is a good thing



finding a load of info researches reviews of natural treatments for psoriasis and normal skincare 



it takes awile but have a shopping cart full almost 200 dollars and some foodstamps a big hubk of stuff will get them a little at a time only need small amounts at a time each will last months



so staying busy while o miss the high will be going up soon enough

no suncloud messy and water has to be right temp also here taking a bath is a big production showers are best water turns cold before you can fill up tub

i do not know why but baths soaking anyway is a problem

i did not find any relief anyway

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
