Wondering if atypical antipsychotics can cause your vision to feel like its "swimming", it feels like my eyes move like they're on a boat mixed with vertigo. It's weird. I know some can cause vision changes but this came on very suddenly. Not sure if I should call the pdoc or give it a while and see if it goes away. I dont even know how to explain it to them. I did just up the dosage if that means anything. I remember this happening before but I cant remember if it was around the time I upped the dosage last time or not.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
I hate to call the pdoc because I know they'll just have a nurse tell me to lower my dosage back to where it was, especially if I cant even describe it properly.
Go to the closest pharmacy or walk-in clinic and check your blood pressure and sugar levels. Double vision is also a symptom of dangerous low sugar levels, and some of this funny drugs can cause that.
Eat a chocolate just in case.
It gradually lessened until it went away but it lasted a few hours and this is the second time it's happened.

Change in vision
Blurred vision
Nystagmus - Involuntary eye movement or "dancing eyes"
Difficulty focusing
Double Vision - Diplopia
Lazy Eye - Amblyopia
Both meds have the possibility of the top 4 with Lamictal adding the additional 2 plus another 10 possible more severe things, that I don't think are worth bothering you with.
Since both meds can have so many Optical Side Effects, you could be getting a mix of any of them equaling your culprit.
Both of these meds can have dizziness as a side effect as well. You may be extra sensitive to one or it may be the mixture of the 2 and the fact that they share so many similar side effects.
Sometimes these side effects just have to be gotten used to and they do go away, it can be aggravating though. Its unusual to be on 3 Mood Stabilizer/Mood Stabilizer Adjuncts so you've got a lot of high side effects to deal with, it may just take some time for all of them to learn to play well together.
If it keeps up or effects your ability to drive or do regular daily activities, I'd get in touch with your Pdoc and see if what he thinks should be done.
