has anyone noticed lately that the media has been spreading lies about bi-polar? Did anyone see that lousy Robin Williams comedy routine on Jay Leno? Just who is Williams to say such things? He is lucky to have a job that he has? And what right does Newt Gingrich has to print more foul lies..This is my answer.I am bi polar.I am mad as
h;;;;;;;l and I am not going to take it anymore? Why are bi polar people always treated like criminals? Dont people realize that I dont go around lighting fires and damaging hotel rooms? And why is it when a person is killed...they say that he/she is bi-polar...now the case of that kid in Florida is different.This kid was a bully who bullied people for years...and this guy was his best friend..couldnt take it anymore...When you are a bi polar teen and no one believes you and no one wants to help you...what can you do? And why did those middled aged women give this kid life in prison without parole? Were they there? I guess not..and this is the coming crusade against bi polar.How about me? I got very sick in 1962 and i was 14.There was no help available.And my teen years were miserable but on 2/9/1964...a group changed my life.They were called The Beatles and John Lennons music kept me sane all during high school.Now for this Chapman...to say that he is bi polar is a lie.He planned that murder of John...and to blame it on Catcher in the Rye shows his absolute arrogance.He even asked Yoko for forgivness and she said no..he is up for parole again..why? Because now he is bi polar and the people think that he can be helped..ask me..I say no! And what about the drunk driver who was drunk for days that ran into the school bus? As usual....in seattle...the press ran his story.and the story said...mr.so and so is bi polar...Since when are we violent people? Since when do we organize gangs and when do we hit and kill our mothers and fathers? Since when do we do this? Must all of bi polar be subject to this drivel. Cant the press have a decent article? Cant the tv shows have people on there who were not into drugs or alcohol and when they got into trouble say I am bi polar..why? Lets all of us band together and stop this.This isnt bi-polar reporting in the media..THIS IS NONSENSE.THATS IT FROM VADER.DOES ANYONE ELSE AGREE? Thanks...

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
Unfortunatley the media is on a Bipolar kick.
But if you notice, sometimes the media will
tell you that a murderer is a Pentecostal
Preacher or something.
The entire first part of the show was about a mother drowning her 3 kids in the bathtub because she had bipolar disorder. That's it...her only explanation.
So now the millions of Oprah watchers think the bp'ers are mainly murderers. NICE!
I've also realized something that happened last year when I was in the hospital for pneumonia. They moved me to a new room (painting or something) and I was only in the room about an hour and they moved me again. When I asked why they had no answer or wouldn't tell me. I'll bet any amount that the lady in the next bed heard me explaining that I had bipolar disorder and needed the correct meds. The poor lady probably thought she'd be sleeping with a murderer and made them move me.
Sucks, bigtime!
I think that is very possible but probably not unreasonable. All hospitals should have private rooms in this day and age. I know I stay up all night which would never work with a roomie!
Also, I hate that the media now says "They ARE bipolar" or
"JImmy IS bipolar". That stuff really does piss me off, I am not bipolar, I have bipolar. There is more to all of us than our bipolar disorders, so the media needs to stop classifying us that way.
Media just mirrors society. Everyone wants someone to look down on and to kick. Now you can't do that with people of other races, genders, sexual orientation or religion they are looking for the next target. Here it's immigrants and hoodies.
One day it won't be cool to pick on people over mental illness either.
