Last week I got triggered bigtime, sent me off into a crazy emotional spiral where I did not understand what was going on at first. Talked to the counselor and seriously the "bipolar triggers" I've heard/read about never quite clicked with me until I heard myself talking about some past abuse. I'm still trying to get a better understanding of my triggers. What are some of yours???

Actually I have so many I can't even think straight to get them out. I'm messed up too messed up sorry.
