Ah! okay this very rarely happens to me maybe I mean maybe twice a year but things objects like the compture fan..Me typing this..the peeling of my hard boiled eggs..it...it all sounds angry its the only was i can descrip it..does anyone PLZ get this!! even the thoughs for me to type this sound mad ..AH this never happens..im not like freaking out anxitey or anything but its fucking un nerving to not have contral AH its not like im new to having bipolar either so why am i suprised beats me

Sometimes, when I get angry, I take a hot bath and try to relax, or if I am totally manic, I go for a really brisk walk.

DISLAIMER: Don't go out in weather below 45 degrees. IT's cold out!!

i try to relax by taking a hot shower or exercising to let out some of the tension, or i just take a klonopin

i think you are talking about the sounds sounding angry...if so, yes i get that from a variety of sounds. drives me freakin' nuts. unfortunately all i know to do about it is get away and avoid. when i can't do that, i bite my lip and try not to scream.

the question is a little hard to understand. but I think I get your drift.
Everything is upsetting you. Do you have any tranquilizers you can take? Or benzos?
Maybe a hot bath would help ease the tension.

Yes, I think I know what you mean!!!! Everything even LOOKS angry to me, too!!! I usually feel depressed and edgy when it's like that.

sounds like your hyper sensitive to sound...are you by any chance suffering from a manic episode/phase right now? I'd let your doc know in case it's a reaction to something.

If you don't want to crank out the meds, try ear plugs - at least dull the annoyance.
