Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

And I noticed the other day that inanimate objects LOOKED evil to me, too. My coffee pot, for instance, looked particularly sinister, LOL!!!! (It wasn't making any noise at the time, thank God.)
I didn't change any of my pills or smoke any weed, so I don't know why I was experiencing that stuff.
Everything sounds angry when I am PMSing. That is when I know to retreat to a quiet corner for some down time.
Be good to yourself, and do something that you find soothing. MK
I know it's really bad anxiety but I don't know why it happens either. I haven't smoked weed in over a year so it's not that, like you said it comes and goes.
The only things that i have found to help on days like this is to turn off the phone, don't do anything or go anywhere that I don't need to. It just triggers it.
I either curl up on the couch with a good book, or I look for chic flicks because there is nothing in them to startle or upset me really. I find just curling up like this makes me feel more secure. I could just be crazy I dunno but it works, or at least gets me through the night without the startling feeling of doom out of nowhere in the pit of your stomach all night long.
I wish I had better advice about this, this thing whatever it is can be so upsetting. hope it goes away soon!!!
