Sorry, I haven't felt much like posting anything or replying to posts for a while. I posted a couple weeks ago that I broke my shoulder and have a persistent mouth sore on my gums. Well, I'm lucky, I don't need surgery on my shoulder. I just have to do physical therapy, which I haven't started yet. I can't work yet, because I'm on a restriction of only lifting 2 pounds. I am a cashier, so, a gallon of milk weighs 8 pounds, so I can't go back to work yet. I'm on disability, but depend on my part-time income to help with paying bills. I'm really down and out about the loss of income for almost a month now and I miss getting out of the house for work. I miss the people I work with, also. Now, regarding my sore on my gums that I've had for about a month and a half. I'm not as worried about mouth cancer, now, but it's still in the back of my mind. My dentist put me on antibiotics, which didn't heal it. My PCP, put me on an antiviral med, thinking it's a cold sore, which I've never had before. I've been taking Valtrex (an antiviral med used for shingles and herpes) for over a week, and it's still not healing. Now, I'm taking the Valtrex 3 times a day instead of 2 times a day. I guess, I just have to wait and see. It doesn't hurt that much, it's just very annoying and concerning to me. I'm feeling a lot of depression and anxiety about everything. I see my Pdoc next week, so that's good. While all of these things have been going on, I'm almost weaned off of seroquel. I'm down to a 100mg, and after I'm done with that, I'm supposed to quit altogether. I'm going to talk to my Pdoc about going on 50mg then down to 25mg, then going off of it altogether. I think that may be better for me during this time. I'm still on abilify, klonopin, and ambien. But, I've been on the seroquel for 10-15 years. Anyways, that's it for now. Thanks for "listening".

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Continued support and healing hopes.
Like now I will try to offer some help by saying that this listener thinks you sound like a lovely person going through a difficult time and come across very genuine. Take care and good luck. Chamomile tea is great for stress.
