If you've been feeling this way for sometime maybe get a referral back to your psychiatrist from yor GP - I don't think seroquel is particularly good for dealing with bipolar depression.
Since we deal with depression we have to outsmart it or at least try. Our chemicals turned against us and we suffer at times. We know it exists and we don't have to fully give in.
When you are in the midst of it you can't see a way out. I liken it to surfing and falling into a wave. You are under water and it is so powerful. Rolling, feel the swirl of water rush over you and you are out of control. You always pop up from the water.
Lets do our best to not give up. I am trying and hope you won't either.
