The federal approved my claim along time again.
State of SC in US maybe useing my $ for shares and realestate and thier personal use, my taxs that Iv piad in isnt helping me compliments of state that I reside in.

What are some of the excuses they give to not approve you??
The appeal went quick and easy. The lawyers only get paid if you do, and they just get a percentage of your settlement. The settlement will include whatever disability money you would have gotten if you were approved the day you applied. In my case it took about a year, so my settlement was rather large.
The worst part is all the doctors they send you to. They will want you to see thier own doctors. If you have several medical conditions you will be sent to several doctors, and for me this can be grueling... the paperwork, the appointments... but if you can make it through that part, then the rest is easier.

My case was so overwhelming I never had to go to court. The judge just approved me on the spot.
These stories scare me since I'm also dealing with workman's comp for my neck and arms, in addition to an immigration issue that's not taking my time, but I can't leave the country ( usa ) until it's resolved. so it's on my mind.
I pray I can persevere through this process too.... It's too much to handle for my BP brain
