And needed to call my pdoc in an urgent way. Became suicidal after one day with no sleep. So grateful I don't own a gun. I am amazed how quickly I can begin a mixed episode. I am a Christian and during those times I swear like a possessed truck driver! It makes me feel badly about myself but luckily this time I was able to cling to God's grace and believe that it was the disease screaming profanities, not me. We adjusted my meds and in one day I already feel 90% better. Just a bit sluggish. So thankful for this group and the encouragement and understanding I receive from it. I hope you are all doing well.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

I'm hoping you got through to your pdoc and got some medication to make a difference for you. Mixed episodes at least for me often are responsive to medication that and lots of sleep.
My issue usually starts on March 21st when the days become longer my sleep gets worse and by the time July hits I'm in big trouble. Many of my hospitalizations take place in July because with the lack of sleep I become suicidal...I'm hoping you can get some help...
