.....and it's bed time!

Hey guys, how is everyone tonight?

I am feeling much better from after my _end it all_ post recently.

I power walked/jogged for 40 minutes today on the treadmill and I think the energy buzz is lingering in my system... I can't focus on one thing at a time! Worrying about one thing, trying to calm myself down with a video.. not being able to watch it, listening to that Des'ree song (right now). Exercise definitely makes me feel energized and happy. I can definitely tell the difference when I don't exercise.

Do you exercise at all? Does it give you a major buzz?

I just want to go to sleep.. but that aint happening anytime soon.

Anyway, I hope your days were bright and that you learned something today.

glad you are feeling better. exercise is really good for you, and alleviates depression. I run at least 30 minutes a day, and almost always feel better afterwards. Keep it up! Maybe run in the mornings.

Do it earlier... That's a good idea. Maybe it takes me sometime to get motivated... But other times not, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

I thought that exercise for depression was an urban myth...well...maybe that's what I tell myself to avoid it...but I did order a yoga DVD off Amazon today! That's progress.

Thanks guys, ya, I feel better, no more hate and turmoil. But I feel like I over think things wayyyyy too much and that's a big issue I have. It's happening right now, I asked my friend to go dancing with me on Facebook but I said it in like a hyped up sorta way and she hasn't responded all day, then this girl that's her friend who I had a little fling with liked what I said so I said "Yeah you too Ryana! Let's go!" why did I say that? She's an ex thing, now I'm making her feel awkward.

Also I put a status up about how I just watched les miserables and I said awesome in both sentences..... I just feel socially awkward. My mom said I left our regular maturing things those five years when I kept takIbg myself off medication so I'm a little immature... Ugh!

And then I think I said something a little too flirty/suggestive to my friend Zane and he didn't respond and got off and I haven't heard from him. The problem is is that I'm stressing about it. I feel like such a loser when I post things on Facebook.

I use to exercise all the time. I defiantly need to start again, starting tomorrow. :D Glad it helped ya out!

Exercise does give me a major adrenaline rush but I always get the adrenaline dump when it's over. Usually it's then I take 2 mg of Klonopin and crash for a couple of hours. Glad things are better for you now Gren.
