Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
And he's clear over in Sweden.
I have people on my FB account but we never talk.
I'm right there with you.
that may just be a fix to the loneliness issue
mona maybe that's something you could think about doing too?
But I cannot. Everyone has offered up some very good advice.
I too have gotten all the advice the giving, generous and caring souls here at DS have to give. And theyre right.
And yet, they are wrong too because we are all different.
It is very hard to feel a part of something when you are all alone. You look at a group of people and think, They must be doing something right. They are a group.
And they are part of a group. That unites them.
But you are part of a group too. A group of kind, caring, lonely, shy people who are somewhat afraid because they fear rejection due to a medical illness that carries a dreadful stigma.
And I am willing to bet that there are more of us than them.
Being lonely is hard, depressing, and sometimes scary.
But you are not alone because there are so many just like you.
Dont be too hard on yourself. Slowly open the door and let yourself out. And maybe one day someone might look at you and think, Now she looks like someone I want to know.
Loneliness is hard and it hurts, but try to keep some hope in your heart Mona.
PEACE
