Maybe your tummy is not used to all of those things?
Don't give up. Just eat light next time.
I can't eat anything right before I work out either, it'll immediateky give me a stomach cramps. And make sure to drink plenty of water like Gilded said. I've also heard that drinking pickle juice after a workout helps decrease the amount of muscle soreness you have afterwards.
I'm gonna get a couple of things at GNC that'll help me get workout energy without over-doing it on food or supplements.
It's not tbh :c :c I used to be a cardio freak honestly so I'm kind of disappointed that I can't do the things I could do at 15.
I won't give up!!
I've heard it induces stomach cramps and my mum actually said that to me too before I left to go run but I was like THAT'S JUST A MYTH MUM HOW DO YOU THINK ALL THESE RIPPED PEOPLE GET THEIR ENERGY HUH???? and had all those beefy raw-egg-drinkers in mind.
Pickle juice sounds grody. xD I'll see if it reduces lactic acid buildup. Having a surplus of lactic acid along with slight muscle tearing after a workout causes the "burn" and the achiness.
