Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I woke up crying. I haven't done that in a long time. Mine isn't situational. My depression is chemical. It's very frustrating. Everything is going pretty well for the most part. I keep trying to talk myself into being okay. Some people seem so much better at this than me.
You can't talk about your situation? It wouldn't do you some good? I hope things ease up for you soon.
I'm with you. My depression is pervasive. I can't seem to shake it. Everything is a huge chore. I can't handle stress. I fall apart.
But I have to have faith that this will pass.
I have to remember that I do have good days.
This is just part of my disorder.
So sorry to hear that you're going through this, is crying helping at all?
If there's anything I can do just yell, I'd be glad to help xoxo
I have had heart wrenching days when the tears would not stop. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Even when we aren't really there to help you and hold your hand, every connection with another human is precious and people on here care a great deal when someone is in pain.
Have you ever noticed how peaceful you can be after a really gut wrenching cry? I hope for some mercy for you today. Peaceful thoughts I send to you.
