I have found the timing is everything. No big cardio before bed but gentle yoga and breathing and core-engaging pilates moves an hour before bed helped me channel extra anxious stuff. Also my diet. I can’t eat sugary sweets at night.
I hope you find relief soon.
Should I see my psychiatrist for some sleeping pills? This is getting out of hand quickly and I really need to get more rest before I burn out even more :(
I also agree with @ SensitiveHoboLady in her recommendation of breathing and core-engaging pilates exercises. Deep breathing helps but that's all it is, it's just breathing. No matter what I do, I can't fall asleep, I can't get rest, and I am always fatigued. What should I do and have you found any solutions for yourself that you can share?
