The meds are a necessity, so adjusting how we live is how you deal with the side effects.
I've gained weight on other meds and I find eating is almost uncontrollable at times. Try to watch your diet and exercise like OlderCPer said. Sometimes drinking water or diet cola helps curb my appetite when it gets out of control. Maybe you can try that.
