i feel like im going crazy.. im in a high.. its been over a week and a half or so.. im irritable and aggrivated and i just want to do something but i cant bring myself to leave my house, i dont want to sit here and do nothing but i cant bring myself to go out for a while. i dont want to face the world today. i just want to stay here with my music blocking everything out and get lost in the internet world.

Agitated and wanting to be alone....I get that way a lot.

Do what you can to distract yourself......do you have any meds that will help with your restlessness ?

In a pinch, Benadrly can sometimes help

I'm feeling some of that today......Having trouble settling on doing something....want to but am so unfocused it's ridiculous. Rainy ugh day too....so no outdoorsy stuff for me.

Give yourself a break while you are going through this and listen to your music and hang on in the net....we all need to give ourselves some slack once in a while! (((hugs)))

i know, and im just listenign to my music. part of me wants to for for a walk but i get as far as putting on my coat and then change my mind. i just.. i dont want to be around anyone but i dont know what i want to do. id like to go out drinking.. but i dont have the money too drink.
