Lately I feel particularly shit, and this is nothing new.
It goes beyond a mental state. I'm tired constantly and fall into spells where staying awake is mission: improbable.
As my brain shuts down into inevitable sleep I become notably cold. A very miserable kind of flash chill that I have problems tolerating (which leads to blankets, and laying down, and naps). While during short awake times I'm over-heated, the way people describe hot flashes, where you just want to crawl into a fridge.
Breathing's also made not easy, sorta feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen, which'd also explain a few things. Notably dizziness, the lethargy, numbness in my legs more than what should be for a chronic ass-sitter, and rushes to my head when I stand up that don't go away when I start to walk from point A to point B.
Basically I feel like someone who weighs 500 or 600 pounds when I'm only 135 at most at any given time... Please don't take that literally, I've never weighed that much and don't want to trivialize the life struggles of those who have, it's just the closest analogy I can produce.
Could it be metabolism or some hormonal thing? Does anyone personally know if hormonal levels can fluctuate wildly between mania and depression, OR at certain points around the menstrual cycle?
Maybe I should mention going off Birth Control Pills (hormonal contraception) in August of '13, since I can't memorize everyone's health and meds history here so... And I haven't mentioned it in a while because it feels irrelevant now.
Also when I'm this "low", I can't tolerate even 1mg oxy or any lesser thing worth a damn, which has literally never happened before because I was on Buprenorphine for a long time, usually my tolerance makes controlled-dose pain management pretty functional.
Can't afford to get hormone levels checked or anything right now. Dx
It's so uncomfortable being in my own body (in a literal/physical way) that it feels like if I could unzip my skin and step out I'd be gasping for air and sighing in relief like someone crawling out alive from a heated pressure chamber.

I never checked w/my doc because I'm thinking its just another hassle and I don't want to get tests or meds. I'll just live with it.
But...you have a lot more symptoms. Can you talk to your doc about it? Also, check to see what the side effects are of all your meds. It could be one med doing this.
