I want my meds now! I am finding it more and more difficult to deal with his crazy mother ( Only call her that cause if the women has to do anything with a time limit, or is doing anything other then abstracting trauma data or exploring criagslist.org, she panic's. )

You shouldn't wait 2 weeks for anyone else to get your card. You are your own best health advocate.
It sounds like your mom is driving you crazy. All the more reason to make this happen as soon as possible, not waiting on card.
I hope you are able to get your card quickly and back on your meds soon so you don't put your mom in the hospital. lol
