I hate it when people try to get into my BP brain nobody know's how I feel or what I'm thinking I'm not that predictable atleast I don't feel I am I'm upset and am trying to get my thoughts out before I have an episode .

You know you are right. We all have BP here, but it is also different for all of us. Just can support each other and I know how hard it get's to try and not have an episode. Hold in there. HUGS

Sorry you are upset right now, TexasMade.

I had a small "tiff" with a couple of girlfriends a few days ago, then I Immediately posted my feelings on here (not specific, but my Emotional State came through Largely)....I Hate that "add" or "submit" button. gah.

i hear complaints about people telling me i am not listening and they dont understand but if i can explain it then they cant becaouse they dont know what it is so in know they dont know i try to let them and then it turn into what are you on past drug use good question but not valid now i think what can i say to be normal or at least to a poin t where i could explain things they uunderstand now i in a hole where they dont get and there all i have what to due so i press on and just be me that all you can do is just be you if they dotn get it so be it i dont know we dont know each other all people are different so what to do but expect and be happy being you fuck um if they dont get that my out look on things i try but it useless so i just be me that works because i tryied in turn
