i feel miserable i don't wanna do anything at all i'm having a really bad low i think my mood is shifting again i can't afford to go into depression right now isn't there some way to keep me manic....
it just occured to me having bipolar is like being a werewolf this moment in time this night right now feels like the rising full moon. I can feel every atom in my body as i twist and turn writhing in pain i can feel it coming the sense of impending doom the fear of days to come you scratch and claw trying to fight it trying to move towards the light...
but the darkness pulls you in slowly but surely it sucks out your soul oh how slowly the life force inside you drains it feels like tiny water droplets accumulating on leaves a glistening morning dew it gathers on the leaves but soon it becomes too heavy for them and it falls splashing on the ground leaving the leaves barren ready to dry out and wither away...
darkness takes over you feel every bone in your body break all your senses are fading away you are drowning you know its inevitable you know you cant stop it the only good thing at this point is the knowledge that it will all be over soon very soon you will be too depressed to give a fuck so far beyond caring you will have gone that nothing will ever bring you back all hope extinguishes like the embers of a burnt out fire total darkness prevails.

You're quite the gifted writer. Your post pained such a vivid word picture. All that was missing was a blood-curdling howl at the moon. Though your words were captivating I sure wanted to change the channel -- quick!!
I don't know what the "anything" is that you think you should be doing but I think right about now is a good time to give yourself permission to really care and nurture yourself -- as you would for an injured child or animal.
