I woke up this morning with a good disposition! Which makes it a good day for my family too :-)

I woke up and remembered I had already finished my homework and now I have the whole day to hang out and chill and do nothing serious!! Woohoo!!!

I didn't want to wake up, hard time going to sleep - but after 15 minutes awake - its getting better! The sun is bright flowing through all the windows and I have a bit of hope - I can do somethings today...

Physical and mental problems together? OUCH! Tiny bit of healing, and progress - a GOOD THING!

I woke up today with a good night sleep and with more joy, hope and peace the second day in a row of sleep after a bad 3 or 4 day bout with insomnia. Yesterday I went to the city library and participated in conversations about Mental Health even though I was scared, I opened up and stated what changes in mental health are needed in my town. I was really proud and releved that i spoke up.

byf made me pancakes. honey wheat cinnamon & brown sugar. was good.

two legs not as swollen as yesterday, was able to make tea and toast after complete fast yesterday. being ill on your own sucks! getting better is good.

Worked today for 4 hours but I'm home now and I am finished with school for 2 weeks!!! It's so nice to have the time off to just do nothing.

another *good thang* i start caregivin tomorrow. didnt think it was gonna happen & micha got a call sayin she wants me ta start tomorrow. so happy bout that. even if i make a little money i might b able ta save up for my bike *freedom* & me dreds. :)

It's a good day to just lay back and watch season 2 and 3 of Breaking Bad on Netflix. Other than wash the balcony I did absolutely nothing and that is exactly what I wanted to do today. Perfect.

I went out to three events with lovely people. I am blessed.

Did some reading which brought my mood up. Went to Pizza Hut and had a stuffed crust supreme which was yummy. The salad bar was fresh. Had a good talk with my mate about anything that came to mind. It was a comfortable day.

I successfully balanced our budget, even with the new car payment, the higher insurance, and the payment on the new kitchen appliances!
