A couple of months ago I was sectioned due to a severe manic attack. I am now absolutely deeply embarrassed and depressed because of my actions. I have said a lot of nasty things to friends and close family...mainly family members who do not want anything to do with me now.
I am now very lonely and depressed and at my wits end trying to remember what I have done and said to others.
Has this happened to anyone on here?

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I think about where all that behavior came from. Me, of course. But... I don't know how to think of it all.
My husband and a good friend have been able to piece together stuff for me.
May I ask, is it common to not remember? I see you don't remember stuff, too.
Hugs friend, I'm with you.
I suppose they'll always wonder when Mania Monster will come back.
It's a really awful feeling to think about those times. Try and focus on today and the future, where stability can be found with the right combination of things: meds, sometimes therapy, support, relaxation techniques, good sleep....all kinds of good things.
