pull out of this suicidal depression so I don't hurt myself and get my book done (that I know I can do!)

get through it and start preparing for teaching my class again in october. I always hate starting back!

Celebrating a lot of birthdays this month and hoping the HOT HUMID weather finally gives up and goes down to comfortable, after all, it is September. I don't want cold freezing weather. I know for sure that it's coming here to Chicago. I'd like to be able to go outside, see colors changing and liking the crisp cooler air and putting away sandals and finding my ponchos, boots and long-sleeve-type clothing, et cetera. I'm ready for Autumn. I only hope our weather is too.

I am the complete opposite, i live in my sandals from april til around october, then reluctantly concede that summer is well over and i put away my summer clothes! people are always saying to me 'jeez the sun must be shining wherever you are!"I always used to get really depressed from september til June cos the kids were back in school and i have always hated routine. it does my head iin and i am fascinated by those who cannot live without it! Just as well we are not all the same or life would be very boring indeed.

am trying to find a psychologist who is healthy and supportive.

Hmm...get the summer plants out of the flower beds and put in the Fall Violas, Pansies and Mums, which I bought this weekend but now need to plant.

Get the inept idiot salesman at my office fired and a new one who has a brain hired, so I can stop babysitting and get my work done.

That's about it for now...

anniversary next week, going to put in a new garden frame, hope to get a few tracks completed for a comission I'm working on

I hope to start walking a little more when the heat lifts... It's still pretty hot here... I look forward to the more comfortable weather....x

Trying to remain balanced in a very stressful unsteady work environment and begin my volunteer work, which will hopefully be much more inspiring and hopeful.

Great goals, guys! I am looking to improve my fitness levels, and eat better. I have exercised a lot this year, and during the summer months, I went biking almost every morning, which was fun. Now for the fall/winter, I want to start skating. I would also like to eat better. My diet, although it does consist of vegetables, fruit, lean protein and milk (I drink almond milk), I am taking in a lot of caffeine and sodium which are in my frozen meals. I want to start drinking a lot of water. I was drinking a lot not too long ago, but now I've started to drink too many caffeinated beverages. I want to limit my caffeine intake to only one in the morning. That's what I used to do before.

How is everyone doing with their goals?
