I feel like punching myself in the face or punching somethign else until my knuckles bleed, I feel like screaming. I don't want to be here anymore. I don't want to deal with anything. the mood swings, the constant mistake I make, the people I hurt, the people I lose, the future I struggle for even though I am not sure I want it. I am just tried, tired of hating myself, tired of everything. I am at school right now but I don't even know if I am handle being here right now. I feel like I am about to burst into tears which I hate because I feel so weak. I am weak. I am nothing.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Everyone makes mistakes sweetie... That's human.... If you're in a depression do you think that you need to see your doc even if you don't really want to?
Another hug … A good cry can be cathartic.... Let it out....xo
Your best friend sounds like she's been part of your life for quite a while...I'm guessing maybe she knows that you are not a perfect person and that while you make mistakes you have a good heart and you do not intend to hurt her or anyone else. She may be upset in the moment, but it doesn't mean she doesn't care about you. Maybe give it a day, let things settle down, then talk to her. Letting things go without talking just makes that small hole the mistake created turn into a chasm that gets harder to cross. We have to have faith in the people we love, that they understand we are in no way perfect and that even though we make mistakes, we can also do our best to make things right.
I don't know that you've said if you have a Therapist that you see, if not it would serve you really well to have one. Someone to confide in, someone to help you learn coping skills to manage these emotions that well up and try to take over. You're not weak, you are strong enough to handle this, just take it 1 thing at a time, 1 step at at time. Find 1 good thing to focus on and work the other things out 1 at a time so your not overwhelmed.
If your not seeing a Therapist, perhaps it's time to talk to your parents about getting that help.
Take care,
Kat
