I don't have questions about meds or mental health issues. I think I'm good on that. I'll ask my doc to look at that mole on my back and hope my blood work for
cholesterol and sugar comes in ok. We need to work to our priorities so when it comes to questions do what's good for you!
6 months is a long time thankfully my cpn will be sitting in the meeting too to discuss how he's seen me over the past few weeks
So, it depends on whether your pdoc is also your therapist. If so, I would write down key events that may have triggered you and that you want to work through. If not, your mood journal should be sufficient. How did you go so long without seeing him? Did you still have meds? I hope you are doing okay?
