So for the past week I have been seeing things that are not there. Thing such as people and shadows.I have been hearing whispers for the past 2 months. Before you answer with maybe u should get meds tweeked I do not take meds I quit in oct I do not plan on getting back on meds anytime soon.I see these things in the corner of my eyes sometimes or when im across the room and it disapears withing a second or two .I am diognosed with bipolar. I was once diognosed at a hospital visit with psychosis . I also have PTSD if that matters any. I cant sleep hardly anymore because I hear things out my window. IDK im paranoid? What should I do? Im looking into starting therapy here pretty soon I just moved from TX to Ga last month. I also quit 12 times in a row a few days ago. Anyway anyone willing to give me advice?

i hate to say this, but those kinds of things are really hard to cope with unless you have medication

aside from that, i really don't know what will help

i'm on 10mg of Haldol and i STILL have trouble coping

i wish you the best and hope that you get in therapy and see what a professional thinks about it

Gosh, I don't know how to take care of those symptoms without medication.
I'm sorry that you're experiencing hallucinations. I hope they go away.
Not getting enough sleep will exacerbate troublesome symptoms. Can you turn on some music to fall asleep to? It might drown out the noises outside your window. Would you mind taking some Benadryl (diphenhydramine)? That might help you get a good block of sleep, which might help all your other symptoms, too.

I have more audio hallucinations than I do visual, although I have had a persistent visual for years. There is a white car that aims right for me when I'm driving. And at the point where it will impact me, it vanishes. That and the yellow lines on the road wave back and forth. And spiders crawling on the wall... and blood dripping occasionally.

You said you do not plan on getting on meds. if that is the case, then you can't complain about seeing, hearing, etc. things that are not there.. Pick which one you want. I'd highly recommend the meds.

I get those. You still need meds and therapy. Just walk in to the hospital when you can't take it anymore they will help you. It is scary because the loved ones around you don't hear or see it then you really second guess it all. I've made a few calls to the police and they will pull up with a K9 unit to make sure I am safe. It rarely happens but it happens. Don't feel bad.
