I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Fish, do you know if the warning is there because it may push us in to mania?
Also, I've read warnings that macular degeneration can result from use of the ones emitting blue light while the green light ones are safer?
I can't afford to take any chances with my eyes or "eye" I should say. I only have use of one of my eyes from a tennis accident many years ago.
Just done a quick google on it and came up with some warning on reputable sites - although I don't know how much study has been done

personally if I was bothered by bipolar depression and was BP2 and had the money I might be tempted to give it a go.
I fight the bipolar depression side of things more and more as I get older. I was originally dx'ed BP1 but now present more symptoms of BP2. Not sure what that all means. My pdoc hasn't said and I've never asked.
I just sent a text to my Nurse Practitioner who works hand in hand with my pdoc and she's sending me a link to the one she personally uses.
Says she loves it! They're so cool like that in that I can contact them off hours...within reason of course. It also helps I've been going there for 10 years. :)
Thanks again!
I just bought a new one from Walgreens, it's a little guy. Works just as well as the big, expensive ones.
