Does anyone else with bipolar 1 suffer with confusion? Anxiety is bad. I realized my boyfriend is in my life for a reason and I need to not lose it when he is angry. I think he's mentally ill like me but won't admit it. Anyway. I need a break from my head. I need rest. I have a fear sometimes that I'm dying when I'm not. I think wrong a lot. The world lies and tries to scare me. God says I am going to be ok. I am loved.
