Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I hope you have a nice time Texas....x
to me, the idea of being Bipolar - means we don't have to tell ourselves "No" or do things we don't want to, or not do things we want to... well, if your out of control crazy, you have an excuse - but day to day life? You learn to tell yourself NO, the more you do it - the easier it gets...
That you are thinking about this, and writing two post - you know its the right thing to Do or not Do! LOL
Another good hint I have to throw out - being highly sexual myself, every guy I ever had sex with quick, or the first date - in the relationship - EVERY Guy threw it in my face, that I did it the first date... LMAO Double standard muther fuckers!
So, that is how I hold out - years of knowing its wrong, and will back fire on me....
Also - chemistry, versus friendship - usually not love, usually trouble. LOL Each man I HAD to lust, mega problems, from drugs to lazy - but oh they were sexy!!!! haha, so chemistry to me, is a red flag - ok, that's all my tools, and stories! (((BIG HUG)))
Life is improving and learning to be better -whether bipolar or not, everyone changes, having a MI - well, we think and obsess more, but that actually can help us be even better then the average person that doesn't look at themselves so closely.....
If you're at the point where you think sex has a real chance of happening for whatever reason, you should be able to talk about it.
If you can't talk about it, then you don't know him well enough to be having it with him.
If you DO discuss it with him and he agrees and then later he goes for it anyway, well, that shows you that he's not worthy of you.
It shows a real lack of respect for you.
Keep those things in mind when saying 'goodnight'.
I think SunCloud's suggestion is the safest and best way to go!!!
Good luck on your date!!! I hope you have a wonderful time and that whatever happens, you have no regrets!!!
(((((Hugs)))))
'No' is a complete sentence. It does not require justification or explanation.
