i was watching a doc of noirpysic(re teaching ur brain) and showed a whole bunch of study of how it working and about a week ago i saw another show about a school that helps speaical needs kids "slow" had the same theroy of re teaching ur brain(i wish i had the money to go its only an hour frum my home for the slowness,school realted)
But anyways in the of the show i was wacthing tonite said that ur thoughts cant change ur brain so thinking postively(or trying) really would make a diffrents ..it ended with "this is only the frist genraltion of studys,this give great hope for hope for people with MENTAL and physical disabltiys..stroke being a big way of re training ur brain..the rehabe they do to get u mobile agin most like..i see alot of susses at the old age i work at to prove it..what u all think..all i heard was postive thinking,can really help,and HOPE

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

My 17 year old son is mentally challenged. He worked with teachers in a reasource room who advocated and taught positive thinking. He is so much more productive now then they ever believed possible. He achieves the same standards the other kids in his class do and better in some cases. Why? Because he believes he can and never thinks otherwise.
There are alot of books out there that can help you do this that you can get through your library. Just to name a few....."The Secret", by Rhonda Byrne, "A New Earth", by Eckhart Tolle, "The Law of Attraction", by Esther and Jerry Hicks, "The Power of Full Engagement" by Jim Loehr and Tony Scwartz, "Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life", by Dr. Wayne Dyer.
It is never too late to change your world and way of thinking. It has every advantage of making you feel and be more healthy.

I suspect there will always be a need for medication for people like me but these other methods really can help.
