I've been so full of energy today. Hell, I baked brownies and granola bars on a whim while making some ridiculous fruit juice and dinner. I felt 10' tall. Despite this burst of energy I was too distracted to do any work (I work from home). For the past few nights I haven't really felt sleepy. Sure I go to bed but it takes forever to fall asleep and my brain is still just going a mile a minute til I drift off. Now here I am bouncing between work and watching Mistresses and googling stuff cos my brain won't keep on track. To make things worse I feel teary. Like there's a lot of crying waiting to happen. I don't know if I'm finally relapsing or if it's the new job that's throwing me off. Ugh!

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

If you are experiencing a manic (or depressive) episode, it is not a "relapse" because each episode is one of its own. Bipolar disorder is not one that will go away or reside or go into remission.
That is why itt is important to take medications and stay on them; it will help keep you from having as many episodes, not as severe episodes, and help keep your life more manageable overall.
If it's down to bipolar you are not goinjg to be able to stop this any other way
My mind has been racing, ive been obsessing always on my phone researching things while watching tv and feeling weepy too.
Hope you feel better soon! Hugs!
