I am having a hard time reconnecting with friends. I got a call Sunday a GF wants to come over today to see me. I told her yes and now I want to call and say no. The problem is I did a good job seeing friends a mania times when I was party Cheryl. I am depressed Cheryl today and don't feel like seeing anyone. i am afraid to show the blue side of me. She and I use to drink alot together and with all the meds on I on I know I can't drink. I don't know how to say no. My husband told her about my suicide attempt so I think she is wanting to come over and check up on me. I just have no energy for visiting. Am I being selfish? Am I letting the depression rule my day? I just don't know.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

On the other hand, it might be good to see an old friend, share memories. Maybe you can meet somewhere other than home. It might make you feel less anxious.
I think it would be a good idea, kind of get you out of your depression for a bit. I always go through that,,.say yes and then regret it. But when I do follow through, I always end up having a good time.
I hope you have a great time w/your friend!!!
