So I wanted to make money online by writing hubs on hubpages .... My first hub that I poured my heart into is regected . I'm really pissed , I thought it was ok and I really needed the money ... I don't know why I wrote this .. Just venting I guess , and glad to see all of you since I had not been in the forum for a month or so.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
Today in the U.S is Valentines Day..... I'll be your Valentine , to celebrate friendship
and yeah......what the heck is a hub, and a hubpage?

You shouldn't let being turned down on your first try discourage you!!!
I think my daughter tried twice and was rejected both times.
That was quite a while ago.
I'll talk to her again and see if she ever tried again or if her opinion of them has changed.
(She researched them a bit first and was satisfied that it wasn't a scam sort of place.)
She did tell me that it seemed to her that most of the articles she saw published were accompanied by pictures and that she intended to try that, the next time she submitted something.

Some of the best books ever written were rejected numerous times before finally getting published!!
My daughter and her husband have both sold 'Art cards' online, I believe on eBay.
I don't know a lot about it, but basically they created works of art that measure about the size of a traditional playing card.
They got $10 apiece for them.
People use all kinds of mediums when making them.
The problem there, though, was that they became less than enchanted with eBay.
EBay is not what it used to be and the changes have made it a lot harder for sellers to get a fair shake.
I can't remember -- are you a photographer, too?
http://www.istockphoto.com/ used to be a good place to try to market your wares, a couple of years ago.
I don't know if it's still considered to be a good way to go.
Please don't let one rejection mean that you'll never have success in any field.
Getting rejected the first time out is probably WAY more common than being accepted!!!
