Lately I have been shying away from reading posts in BP. Too much emphasis on the problem at hand (BP) has become overwhelming. It's beginning to effect my balance. In everyones experiences has this happened to anyone else. Not to be confused with denying the issues involved with living with BP.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The really depresed(suicidal) or confused people seem to need so much....I give when I can.Otherwise,it becomes too much.
It was good for my family to be with them. And it was different this time with my family. I had begun to recognize some of my traits.
I wish I had this site to go to when I was 18 and experiencing mania at various times. I thought that was what people meant by a natural high.
