Lately I have been shying away from reading posts in BP. Too much emphasis on the problem at hand (BP) has become overwhelming. It's beginning to effect my balance. In everyones experiences has this happened to anyone else. Not to be confused with denying the issues involved with living with BP.

Sometimes I can't seem to stop reading them.

The really depresed(suicidal) or confused people seem to need so much....I give when I can.Otherwise,it becomes too much.

I think I know what you are saying. I know when I am feeling up I shy away from more serious posts and focous on silly ones. When I am down it really helps me to post and read them. But thats the nature of the beast.

It is almost like the issues someone else is experiences are to close for comfort. Like you could almost reach out and touch this within the self.

Yes, it was like when I was with my BF - it seemed like that's all we talked about. I'm sure that had alot to do with him leaving. There is so much more in this world....

I read and read everyones post, as if you hadn't noticed by my responses. I am learning so much, I also am entertained. But there was a time I was forced away for a weekend.

It was good for my family to be with them. And it was different this time with my family. I had begun to recognize some of my traits.

I wish I had this site to go to when I was 18 and experiencing mania at various times. I thought that was what people meant by a natural high.

Sometimes I'm sensitive to it and other times not. When too sensitive I shy away from the help me post "cos I know I wouldn't be much help.
