I like my boyfriend know i am in my crazy angry mood.
I usually attack him more than anyone else.
He usually has to pin me down at some point because ive chased him around our house with a knife.... Or he has to dodge lamps and verbal abuse.
I am terrible :(

But i am still working on dealing with it. Its rough

I go somewhere remote and scream and curse at the top of my lungs. Sometimes I go for a long and hard run or to the gym and lift weights while I listen to really loud and angry hard rock and heavy metal.

When I am in rage, I am unable to control my feelings. This is my first time going through this kind of rage, so hopefully I'll learn something here.

I take my meds. Usually a klonopin. Or an abilify if I haven't already done so. I haven't had rage attacks in a very long time but if I did I'd take a klonopin and a hot bubble bath and listen to some soothing music and maybe call my Dad.

I hate myself, but I'm not sure that that's really the answer you're looking for. I almost cracked my phone in half (it's not a flip phone) the other day.

scream, grype, throw things, go to the room and take my klonapin and lay down. Sometimes after I sleep I feel better. The klonapin helps but takes 45 minutes to work. I used to be on xanax and it worked after about 20 minutes.
