Yes, you may Well need a med that will help Quiet all that racket upstairs, but we Get it; I hope it does not interfere with your daily routine.

Self medicating helped but in the long run that was a 30yr long mistake. Now I use visualization techniques, breathing...and yes...music.
It sounds like you have a lot to deal with...coulda been the coffee...but it mighta been that mashup you have for your avi...I mean you obviously see it more than I do...but it certainly goes with your post.
Try finding some shade...or the sun if you prefer...somewhere quiet with lush cool green grass...lay down on your back and stare at the clouds...or just close your eyes for a while...breathe deep...and just be.
