just a quick update here. I am doing pretty good lately had a few minor things happen but other than that pretty good. I do think my new med is working good. Have not been manic and hope it stays that way. The holidays here are going to be rough but I am going to try to make the best of it. NOt really into it anymore. Thanks for that encouraging report. It's nice to know that good things can happen! I agree the Holidays can be a mess but I deal with it by vastly reducing the expectations I have for myself.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
