So I took 20 mgs of Florentine yesterday and now I'm feeling pretty hypo. I dunno if it's the AD or just me. Is it too soon to tell? I don't think I can go to class. I am soooo pumped. I can't even tell you how quickly I got my paper done. I wrote an article for class about BP :-) My fingers just flew with my thoughts. Oh boy-o. Time to get ready for school. Really hope it isn't the meds that did this. Twitching and jiggling. Mmm. Later! Have a great day everyone. Can I scream?

I'm on citalopram and I had a reduction in my Antipsychotics; Risperdal; from 6 mg to 5 mg. This was mentioned to my Occupational Therapist and she says it's my body reacting to the reduced dosage.
4x2 coaching is hitting someone over the head until they get it. It was a sort of in joke in the life coach community in the 90s - of which I was part.
Interestingly some parts of Zen teaching uses a similar approach.
