I told my husband I wanted to stopbit he told me not to mess with my meds, I see my psych nurse friday, she is useless. Im starting to feel a little better, my husband said to be patient cuz I also had a surgery done to grt rid if my period three weeks ago and now is the time for my period so my hormones can be screwed up to.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Any anti-depressant given to someone who has bipolar can trigger mania even if that person is also on a mood stabilizer. Some can deal with it - some get an agitation / anxiety (actually no different from non bipolar people.) That feeling may go away, stay the same or escalate.
What else are you on?
She added gabetin for anxiety. Its working so far. I just feel not like myself. I feel like I am on to many meds. I was fine in the hospitsl, maybe I am thinking to much. I just feel disconnected. I do not have any agitation or mania.
