I have to take lithium 2x a day. I know you are supporting keep a level. I assume that means taking it every day at the same time(s)? it also says to take it with food. This is going to be very challenging.
Also. has anyone tried CBD oil?? I am thinking about trying it.

It depends on what your proc prescribed. I take Lithium and at this time of year I take 1 in the morning and 2 at night. The rest of the year I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Ask your pdoc how much you should take. Hugs.

I used to take it twice a day but we changed from the pill to the capsule and I take it all at night now. I didn’t know it should be taken with food. But mom is in nursing skill and they just went over lithium and she said taking it with milk helps to digest it better? Or something of the sort.

You should try to take it as close to the same times each day as possible.

Today mom and I are taking Moo and Copper to the vet for vaccines. I'm watching a movie having coffee while copper snoozes in between my knees. What does Thursday look like for you?

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
