help! im feeling like ppl are out to get me and im exhibiting the first signs of psychosis i feel like im falling off the deep end. help! i need to keep it together so that i can enjoy my holiday and not feel like any need to check myself in. how many in here are bp 1 with psychosis? and how do you deal?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. You need an antipsychotic, and if you already take one, you either need another one or a different one. I already take Seroquel, but I'm having another antipsychotic added as soon as my nurse returns to work. I really hope no hospitalization will be needed for either of us! Stay strong!
