Hi all! I've recently been diagnosed with Bipolar Depression and put on Latuda. I started out with 20mgs, and I can honestly feel the difference. My doctor has recently upped my dosage and wants me to start taking Prozac for my "compulsions". Have any of you taken Prozac before? So far I have gotten no side effects from the Latuda besides a slight weight gain. I'm just a little nervous about taking a new medication. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I took prozac many decades ago before I had the diagnosis of bipolar - I think you will need to be careful that it doesn't drive you towards mania but maybe the latuda will stop that.
welcome to the board, btw
