like any of my managers. I even emails twice to my own manager, left a voicemail and email another manager in the building.


So I put in for medical leave as suggested by my doctor, and I get a confirmation email today that its under review but I am schedule for work tomorrow. Do I go in or stay home. If I go in does that mess up my claim.

State leave will count concurrently with your federal leave entitlement when appropriate.

Next

We are still processing your disability benefit claim. If a claim decision is not made on your disability claim within 15 calendar days and you do not meet the eligibility requirements, your absence may still be protected under FMLA, applicable state leave law, or both. You will be notified if a Certification of Health Care Provider Form needs to be completed by your health care provider.

Your Liberty Mutual representative will contact you shortly to conduct an initial claim interview.

You will receive updates on your status throughout the course of your leave request. Please follow all instructions to ensure timely administration of your leave.

You will be required to furnish recertification relating to a serious health condition if, at the end of any approved leave, you have a continued need for leave.

If Liberty Mutual does not timely receive the appropriate documentation to adequately support your request for this leave of absence, your time away from work may be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination.

I don't understand what this means, and my husband couldn't help me understand either. I never this before, I am super stressed out, I just want to give up cause I feel everything is just so hard and they make it hard on purpose cause they want to push me over the edge.


Today, I did take the medical release form and a medical cerf. form thing to my DR so that done, but do I go to work?

My manager doesn't seem to want to respond to me.
