We have a screwy security guard system here. They tell your boss everything once the "deed has been done" which gets you in trouble.
Anyway, I was paranoid about some money but it turned out okay, but there was a big to doo about it with my boss.
So, then a man came in and said something very rude and I told security that the next time the man came in, to make sure that the man not talk about medical issues and I was told again, not to speak to security about what happens outside of the department.
Now this time, a man who used to work here came in. He is either homeless or is close to being homeless. In any case, he is not "allowed" into the building. All he did was come to the desk and he was thwarted. "This man cannot enter the building." He was only at the desk. How am I supposed to know if the man is here if I can't SEE HIM OUTSIDE?
Anyway, supposedly, I can "talk to this man outside" and I did and I was very pleasant and asked if he had enjoyed the homeless breakfasts that my husband cooks accross the street.
I am very leary of the current situation. Most of you will tell me to keep my head down and to keep quiet.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I AM EAGER TO TELL SECURITY THAT MY HUSBAND COOKS FOR THE HOMELESS ACCROSS THE STREET, BUT THAT POINT MAY BE MOOT.
If you replay a wrong - over and over for days and weeks? Your obsessed, and leads to out of control...
Drop it already - is my advice!
I couldn't do it. I'd find another job.
If you're going to stay there it would be easier on you to follow the rules... Certainly if you think they are doing something that is against human rights you could contact an organization however the company belongs to whoever owns it so they set the rules...
I can appreciate that you feel for a homeless person unfortunately many places are dismissive of homeless people... I think your husband is doing a wonderful thing...kudos to him.... I agree with Gina to work on letting it go C... There isn't much you can do re the building and the rules that they set out for people to follow ....x
