I hope this helps. If I got the meaning wrong, I\'m sorry.

If so, make a list of the things that are bothering you, the symptoms that you have. If you write down what you want to say, you will be less nervous and confused.
You cant worry about who is thinking what, only what you feel and what you need.
Hugs
A phsychologist cant prescribe meds but does therapy usually. Just be honest about how you feel and what you struggle with. If it is difficult for you to express yourself, it is best to write everything down that you want her/him to know. Try to relax before you go in and just take your time. They wont make judgements usually without getting to know you first. Dont let yourself get worked up about it before you even get there. This appt. should help you not hinder you. Hugs
It\'s really not so bad. I love talking to my psychologist. She has helped me so much.
She is the one who sent me to CoDA, which is for people with issues in their relationships. You might find some help, there, as well, and it\'s free.
