Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Petty bickering, negative, abusive or disparaging posts on MY discussion topics will no longer be tolerated. If you are offended by someone's post(s), You have 4 options:
1. IGNORE IT.
2. Drink some milk or take a calcium supplement. Grow a back bone. Take your bitching directly to the individual that hurt your fragile feelings via ANY means OTHER than polluting my discussion topic with your whining, bitching, bellyaching or otherwise interrupting the mature adults.
3. Call 9-1-1. Tell the dispatcher to send a WAAAAH-mbulance.
4. Knuckle-walk back to the cave you came from. Make paint of ocher, and paint your junk on your OWN cave walls. Perhaps make it an homage to the one at Lascaux.
THIS topic is MINE and subject to these rules as well.
Reminder: This is a support group for Bipolar Disorder. We trust you will do your best to remain positive and helpful. For more information, see our rules of the road.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

It's your cave, choice of pigments is up to you and your interior decorator!

If this is serious it's a gnat's whisker from being closed. Even if it's not a joke someone is bound to take it seriously and get upset because you think you are talking about them.
It's not ok to disparage other members, individually or as a group, either explicitly by name or implicitly.
People will argue, people will whine (it's a support board) and some will threadjack. It's the nature of all public boards.
I used to post there all the time........now, it is like the desert........unless I say something against God or against meds or whatever.............
Whew! Y'all we have it GOOD HERE....Let's not mess it up.
